Competitor Analysis is a method of understanding what already exists on the market and where a product or service fits in relation to this. It is also used to identify any new opportunities that people have overlooked.

This is an important step at the early age of the design process because prevent you from being blinded by the competition. By assessing the strengths and weaknesses of competitors, I will be to understand how to improve a service and identify any gaps in the market. I will have to consider this carefully as there might be a good reason why this approach hasn't taken.

Above are all golf simulators and analysers however the majority focus on the full swing. There are very few that focus on just putting.
