Based off the plan I came up with for building a promotional website for Putt Potential, I created this mock up using figma. It was importnat for my product that used assets from the brand including illustrations I had created for my project. I tried to keep the colour scheme consistent throughout the website as it tied in with the branding. I looked at my competitors websites for inspiration on how they displayed content as well paying close attention to how they injected their branding into the website. What I learnt was to make sure everything was consistent. For example making sure headings, buttons and images where all consisent with the branding. Overall I am very pleased with the outcome of the mockup and using my illustrations throughout makes this website unqiue from the my competition.
If I had more time I would have liked to add in the FAQ section that I had mentioned in the planning stage but unfortunately I didnt have enough time to complete it. Also I may build this prototype as a side project to help me develop my skills using webflow. This will also be a good opportunity to learn how to use after effects and learn how to create effective animations to enhance any upcoming projects.
