After I had a better understanding of what potential user groups would look like; I was able to create fictional bios of these customers. However, words can only get you so far and I was struggling to see my user group. By mocking up higher fidelity user personas I was able to visualise what they would look like and give them a unique story. By doing this I can empathize with more users now that I have a face to the descriptions. All their limitations struggle success and goals, all feel more real to me now. Another benefit of doing this is that when I am presenting this to people can refer to these images as my customers.
